Francesca Monaco has over 14 years’ marketing experience having worked for large multinational corporations and small to medium sized businesses, where she focused on helping them to develop their marketing and communication plans.
Francesca is a Chartered Marketer, Certified Coach, mBIT Coach, LAB Profile® Practitioner, NLP Trainer and Hypnotherapist.
Francesca is a Chartered member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing and for several years volunteered and held the position Vice Chair of the CIM South East Region which is the largest region in the UK.
Phil Gray has 35 years’ broad – ranging experience (including 15 years at director level) in strategy and campaign planning across marketing and business development, corporate communications, and public relations, gained in large and small service – based organisations in several sectors. He has also been a partner in a small direct mail business.
Phil is a Chartered member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds a Masters degree in strategic marketing. He is also a marketing trainer and sessional lecturer at a University business school in Kent.
